Erica Golueke (she/her) received her B.S. in Human Biology and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. She is currently a Senior Scientific Instructional Designer at Promega Corporation starting in instructional design in 2018. She designs training programs across various modalities, including online courses, webcasts, and on-site training for global technical services and sales teams.
Erica is dedicated to creating impactful learning experiences, facilitating lab instruction, and providing an inclusive and welcoming learning environment. Her professional background includes extensive experience in the CRO industry and GMP laboratories, including mammalian cell culture, bioassay and ELISA analysis of biologics, and HPLC analysis of small molecule drugs.
Erica holds a certification as an ATD Master Instructional Designer from the Association for Talent Development.
