DNA & Principles of Gel Electrophoresis introduces students to the molecular concepts of DNA, and the physical concepts of separating molecules by charge and size using agarose gel electrophoresis. Students then apply these concepts to gel electrophoresis of DNA, performing techniques such as micropipetting and gel preparation.
Key Topics:
- DNA Structure
- Micropipette Use
- Agarose Gel Electrophoresis
